Strategies are practical methodologies that bridge the gap between where the company is today and where you want it to be in 2 – 5 years’ time defined by your business goals. Our current strategy map is as follows:

• Support services strategy (ICT, Dogs, Logistics etc.) – early supplier involvement/process integration with key suppliers/strategic alliances with key suppliers.

• Products/ services deliverables strategy – optimum reliability and dependability. Superior delivery/ service responsiveness and flexibility.

• Marketing strategy.

• People and organization strategy – welfare etc.

• Information technology strategy

• Customer service strategy – listening to customers / managing customers expectations/ measuring customer satisfaction proactively/ optimizing customer interfaces/ providing memorable customer service/ creative handling of customer complaints – treating them as opportunities for improvement.

PERSONNEL STATISTICS

Rudzi Security has a staff compliment of full time employees and other part time
contract workers depending on the volume of work.

SKILLS DEVELOPMENT

We actively encourage growth and development in all our staff and view skills development and capacity building as a critical component at our business.

In addition to on-the-job training and close mentorship, we find short training courses
as well as college diplomas for our staff interest in further studies and personal
development towards staff development.

Areas of training and development include
current trends in security industry, safety at work, cyber-crimes and ICT, and any
befitting security related advancement/training program.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

The company’s policy towards social responsibility is a commitment to perform a meaningful role in the transformation of Zimbabwe society in its broadest context
both directly and through our partners.

Together, with our partners, we are committed to an ongoing role in community development and social responsibility program include: active participation in clean up campaigns, promotion of tree planting initiatives in societies, embracing of social security program for all workers, etc.
